I just updated to OS10.5.8
Now iDVD doesn't open...I get a message that says you can't use IDVD with this version of Mac OS X ?
Do I need to buy a new version of iDVD?

You'll need iDvd V6 or higher to work with 10.5 Leopard. iLife 06 has iDVD V6 and iLife 08 and 09 have iDvd V7 which will work with Leopard. Note iLife 08 and 09 start to have Intel requirements to run some programs. One source for older, unopened Apple software is http://www.hardcoremac.com
